Melissa Carson

Melissa Carson is Vice President and General Manager of Iron Mountain Government Solutions (IMGS). In this role, Carson leads IMGS’ portfolio of business for the public sector—including federal, state, and local governments and educational institutions—providing solutions designed to accelerate industry best practices for their mission-critical information management demands.

With over 30 years of market-related experience, Carson joins IMGS from SAIC where she served as Vice President in the Civilian Market Group, delivering innovative solutions and initiatives in partnership with federal civilian market customers on their digital transformation journey. Carson was part of the acquisition of Unisys Federal by SAIC and worked in several executive level positions at Unisys and Unisys Federal for the past three decades. 

Carson holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
